Philip Ayesu is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in branding, marketing, sales, pharmaceuticals, and investment. He serves as Chairman of SAP Investment Holdings, providing strategic direction to its subsidiaries, including SAP Consulting Group, Philip’s Holdings, and XMEN Ghana.

His entrepreneurial journey is marked by significant achievements in business expansion and transformation throughout West Africa. His leadership path includes a transformative role as former COO and Head of Creatives at Multiple Concepts Group, where he led award-winning
campaigns and regional expansions. He also founded XMEN Ghana, the world’s first executive grooming bar for elite professionals.

In 2016, Philip played a pivotal role in securing the Electricity Company of Ghana’s Private Sector Participation (PSP) under Mida and MCC-USA, which resulted in the formation of PDS Ghana, where he served as Chairman and doubled revenue collections.

Philip later founded SAP Consulting Group (2017) and PHL Group (2020), offering bespoke business and communications solutions. He also chairs Pharmasymbiosis Africa, operating in five countries, and established SAP Health and SAP Energy.

A respected thought leader in marketing and corporate strategy, Philip continues to shape progressive business development initiatives. Beyond the boardroom, he is a dedicated mentor and speaker for the U.S. Government’s Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) and speaks at
institutions such as GIMPA and Altis University.

George Asante Sarbah is a results-oriented executive with over a decade of managerial experience in Ghana’s downstream oil and gas industry. As General Manager of SAP Energy, Sarbah leads the company’s strategic direction, operations, and market expansion. In addition, he is responsible for customer relationship management and ensuring regulatory compliance, and safety standards across the business.

George is known for his ability to build strategic partnerships, and deepen market penetration. He works closely with suppliers, regulators, and clients to deliver high impact outcomes that align with both corporate goals and national energy needs.

A champion of performance culture, Sarbah places strong emphasis on leadership development, team building, and succession planning. He has cultivated a results-driven workforce that consistently delivers on key business objectives. His leadership is grounded in innovation, planning, and a deep commitment to operational excellence.

Yaw Awuku-Lokko is a seasoned executive and management consultant with over 25 years of global leadership experience in business strategy, public and private sector transformation, and enterprise development.

He currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of SAP Consulting Group (formerly SAP Investments Holdings), where he provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership across multiple subsidiaries, including SAP Energy Limited, SAP Health Limited, and Organic Green Limited.

In his role as CEO, Yaw is responsible for driving group performance and profitability, fostering strategic partnerships, and spearheading innovation and growth across the SAP Group’s business lines. His leadership has been instrumental in positioning the group as a solutions-driven organisation that leverages technology, research, and market insights to solve complex client challenges across sectors.

Prior to his appointment as Group CEO in 2024, Yaw served for 8 years as Chief Operating Officer of SAP Investments Holdings. He led numerous business optimisation and restructuring
initiatives while also incubating and scaling new ventures within the group.

Yaw’s earlier career spans 17 years as a management consultant at Accenture (USA), where he led multi-million-dollar transformation programs for both public and private sector clients. His extensive portfolio includes projects with the US Department of Homeland Security, US Postal Service, Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, US Citizenship and Immigration Services, Hilton
Hotels, JP Morgan Chase, and Premera Blue Cross.

He brings deep expertise in strategic planning, business process reorganisation, systems implementation, and new business development.

Bernard Osei-Tutu Jnr is an entrepreneurial finance executive with over two decades of leadership experience across investment banking, financial risk management, and corporate strategy. He currently serves as the Finance Director of SAP Holdings Ltd, where he reports directly to the Group Chairman and oversees the financial strategy, operations, and governance across all subsidiaries within the SAP Group, including SAP Energy.

In this role, Bernard provides strategic direction on financial planning, risk management, and capital structuring across the group’s diverse portfolio. His leadership ensures fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth for the group’s operations both locally and internationally.

Prior to joining SAP Holdings, Bernard was the Founder and CEO of Dusk Capital Ltd, a licensed investment bank. There, he led the firm to exponential growth, scaling its investment portfolio by 500% and launching several market-driven financial products across pensions,
education, and entrepreneurship.

He also pioneered a tech-enabled pension scheme for the informal sector, growing the client base from 50 to over 300,000.

His earlier roles included senior finance positions at E-volution International, Glico Insurance, and Multiple Concepts Group, where he managed multi-million-cedi budgets, implemented robust financial systems, and directed high-impact corporate finance strategies.

Bernard is a results-driven leader known for his strategic thinking, systems development, and ability to build sustainable institutions. His impact extends beyond the boardroom through the Dusk Foundation, which supports education and community development initiatives in Northern Ghana.
